Thanks to its particular position along the Brenner route, the direct connection with the motorway network and its services, the area plays a strategic role for motorway users, with a space dedicated to the parking of HGVs and light vehicles while maintaining its original functions related to customs services.

A gas station, dedicated spaces and services for truck drivers, campers and travelers are available in the area. Furthermore, Sadobre offices, customs and freight forwarders are located in the area. Since December 2015, 10 energy stations have been in operation for temperature-controlled goods transports.
